Chili Dip — Medical Weight Loss Clinic


Suitable for all Freedom 1-4, 6 and 7 meal plans only


Ingredients: 
1 MWLC Tomato Soup Nutritional Supplement
1 serving Plain Low Fat Yogurt
1 small Tomato, diced
½ medium Green Bell Pepper, chopped
½ medium Onion, chopped
1 tsp Garlic Powder
½ tsp Paprika
½ tsp Cumin
2 Tbsp Chili Powder

Preparation:
Mix the dry ingredients (tomato soup, garlic powder, paprika and cumin) together in a bowl. Add the yogurt and stir until contents are mixed thoroughly. Stir in the chopped vegetables and serve with diet crackers or cut vegetables.
