Ingredients:
1 serving Cottage Cheese
1 cup Broccoli, cooked
4-6 oz. Water
1 MWLC Cream of Chicken Soup Nutritional Supplement
Dash of Black Pepper
Preparation:
Mix cottage cheese and water in a blender or in a bowl with an immersion stick blender until creamy. Add broccoli, supplement and pepper. Continue to blend, then heat for a quick and easy meal.
